Should your landlord become your daddy, the one to keep you in line and teach you right from wrong? Be your role model? It might be crossing some lines but there is nothing wrong with it when it's entirely consensual and one of the parties in question really is in need of bringing into line. A short, fun story.

This was a Great Book to Read!! Eugene gave Jacob a chance when he rented an apartment to him. Jacob throws a party and the apartment is trashed. Eugene is not happy when he goes to see how bad the apartment is. Eugene will give Jacob another chance only if he helps fix the apartment. Will Jacob show up to help with the apartment???? Where will Jacob stay while the apartment is being fixed??. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
