The mobile app is only available to property owners whose buildings are serviced by INTERUYUT and who have an account on the KVADO platform.

• Order and pay for additional paid services online;
• View the history of previously made payments;
• Submit requests to the emergency dispatch service and track their status;
• Online communication with the management company (order certificates, submit applications, complaints, and suggestions, and resolve various issues);

• View news;
• Receive notifications about various events (new bills, application status changes, specialist assignments, etc.);
• Reminders about the need to submit meter readings and bill payment deadlines;
