The Pioneer-Service SPb app is now called "My.Service."
"My.Service" is a free mobile app that allows owners of apartments, commercial properties, storage rooms, and parking spaces to manage their properties easily and conveniently, directly from their mobile phone or tablet.

The mobile app is only available to property owners whose buildings are serviced by "My.Service" and who have an account on the KVADO platform.

Key app features:
• Submit meter readings;
• Monitor utility consumption;
• View receipts for housing, utilities, and other services;
• Online payment service;
• Order and pay for additional paid services online;
• View the history of previous payments;
• Submit requests to the emergency dispatch service and track their status;
• Online communication with the management company (ordering certificates, submitting applications, complaints, and suggestions, and resolving various issues);
• Participating in surveys and viewing their results;
• Viewing news;
• Receive notifications about various events (new bills, application status changes, assigning a specialist to a bill, etc.);
• Reminders about the need to submit meter readings and bill payment deadlines;
