eufy Clean - Live Well. Live Smart. Control your Eufy smart home devices from anywhere.

You can also share Eufy smart home devices with family members, so everyone can set their own personal preferences for each device.

How to use eufy Clean:
-Note: For new products released after 2026 (such as C28, S2, etc.), please use the eufy app.

- Registering your account: After downloading the app, create and register an account with your Email address. (Or directly log in with your EufyLife account)

- Adding devices: Open the eufy Clean app and follow the intuitive setup procedure to pair new devices with your smartphone. If a device has already been setup by another family member, you can request control access to operate that device from that family member.

- Using devices: After successfully pairing the new device, it will show up in the device list. Simply tap the icon you wish to use and start enjoying the Eufy smart home experience.

Used to be a fan of Eufy. had the $130 model which was manual and apart from occasionally getting stuck worked flawlessly so decided to buy the $700 one with mop and it's turned out to be a huge disappointment and waste of money. Takes forever to clean, always losing settings and map data, always cleaning mop, even when it is only on carpet, sounds like a jet plane taking off when it is emptying the bag. And don't get me started on the app which is just a huge excuse to sell you product!

Bought the S1 Pro in Dec. 2025. It never worked well, constant getting stuck, docking problems, leaks/clogs, but I gave it grace as first-gen tech. At 8 months it failed. I followed the warranty process and accepted a refurbished replacement; it arrived with loose/damaged parts and never worked. The model is now discontinued, replacements are unavailable, and after 35 emails, Eufy has only moved from 30% to 50% to 60% refund offers. I’m still without a working unit or full refund. Buyer beware.

it's 539 MB, seems too much. There's no way to set a timer for the vacuum cleaner to go back to its station, so its battery sometimes dies before it can return.
