Private Eyes: Photo Vault Lock

$0.99 once. No ads. Your encrypted photo vault stays on your phone.
Private Eyes is a one-time $0.99 purchase with no ads, so nothing third-party is loaded into an app built to keep personal files private. Hide and protect photos, videos and documents in an on-device vault secured with AES-256-GCM encryption, Android device authentication and your own pattern.

WHY PRIVATE EYES
• $0.99 once: no ads, no subscription, no account
• On-device vault: no developer-operated cloud storage and no analytics SDK
• The developer never receives your vault contents or holds a recovery key
• AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption for files, item details and thumbnails

PRIVATE CAMERA BUILT IN
• Take photos and short, silent videos straight into the vault instead of your Gallery
• Use available focus, exposure, timer and zoom controls on supported devices

ORGANIZE YOUR VAULT
• Import selected files with Android's file picker, including DNG and common camera RAW files
• Browse daily case folders, search filenames, filter by media type and sort
• Zoom photos and play supported videos inside the vault

CONTROL ACCESS AND EXPORTS
• Locks when you leave the app, turn off the screen or tap Lock vault
• Optional one- or five-minute inactivity lock
• Screenshots and screen recording are blocked
• Export warnings, plus optional metadata removal for JPEG exports
• Optional separate alternate vault with its own pattern

Importing creates a protected vault copy; it does not hide or delete the original from your Gallery, Downloads or other apps. Manage those originals separately.

KNOW THE LIMITS
Requires Android 13 or later and a device screen lock. Imports up to 1 GB per file; camera videos are silent and up to two minutes. There is no recovery phrase, password reset or cloud backup: losing your pattern or device can mean permanent loss, so don't keep the only copy of irreplaceable files here. Deletion has no undo and cannot guarantee physical erasure from flash storage. The alternate vault does not provide forensic invisibility, and Private Eyes has not been independently certified secure.
